Conceptualization and Design: Create a bespoke event design and theme, selecting décor elements (excluding physical decorations) to match. 5. Logistics and Operations Planning: Manage guest flow, scheduling, and technical needs to ensure smooth event execution. 6.Budget Management: Oversee budgeting and financials, providing regular updates to ensure optimal fund allocation and transparency. 7.Marketing and Promotion: Boost event visibility via targeted email campaigns, social media, and community bulletins, focusing on engaging relevant audiences. Exclusions: - Day-of event management/coordination and actual décor items (e.g., balloons, streamers) are not covered and will incur additional charges if required. - Intensive marketing efforts (social media ads, print, radio, and street promotions) fall under our separate Promotion/Prints service and are invoiced accordingly.
